Quincy Farm Products – a division of Quincy Recycle – is a food by-products solutions provider that helps food manufacturers divert food waste from landfills through buying food by-products and producing custom livestock feed blends for livestock producers and feed processors. We contribute consistent, nutritious feed to the agriculture industry to ensure healthier, more balanced livestock.

Not only are we a more environmentally friendly option for food manufacturers, but a better financial option as well. As we keep bulk food waste in the feed supply chain, we help food manufacturers to enormously reduce landfill costs and even generate a new revenue stream.

Once we have these products, we coordinate with livestock producers and feed processors to transform the food waste into nutritious, palatable, livestock feed and dependable feed ingredients. The custom blends we manufacture are an economically viable alternative to corn and soybeans.

Capabilities

Quincy Farm Products is a skilled team of leaders who are committed to serving the agriculture/food industry. We work hard to find distinctive solutions for all of our clients that provide them the best value while promoting sustainability in our industry. Our capabilities include finding and securing useful food by-products, manufacturing feed blends and ingredients, and providing exceptional customer service to all of our suppliers and consumers.

Often times, our clients will use our product as a base to which they will add other ingredients including vitamins and nutrients to create a finished feed product. Our Safe Feed/Safe Food certification and FSMA compliance ensures that we are providing our consumers with a high quality product and great first step for their production.

Our wide stream of products has helped us to be a solutions provider for many different companies. As an ever-expanding business, we will always find ways to accommodate new suppliers and develop custom solutions for new partners. Our innovative team provides ideas and approaches to our industry to generate products that match our customers’ needs.

Our Facility

Located in Quincy, Illinois, our fully-enclosed 275,000 sq. foot plant in the heart of the Midwest is designed around producing the highest quality products possible for our customers. With 17 loading docks, we pride ourselves in our efficiency in bringing materials in and shipping finished goods out.

From the moment we receive material, we take every precaution to ensure that it is safe and secure. Because all of our operations are in the same building, we aren’t transporting the product from facility to facility, saving time and ensuring a fast, safe production process.

We mill, screen, test, and mix all our products on site. We have a Safe Feed/Safe Food (SFSF) Certificate from the American Feed Industry Association (AFIA), the world’s largest organization devoted exclusively to representing the business, legislative, and regulatory interests of the livestock feed and pet food industries. With this certificate, our customers can trust that the product they receive from Quincy Farm Products will be of excellent quality.

Our facility is also FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) compliant. We put in place every safeguard necessary to ensure a safe, reliable process from door to door. Our entire leadership team is Preventative Control Qualified Individual (PCQI) trained as well. We are very proud to go the extra mile to ensure our customers receive the best product possible. This also comforts our vendors in knowing that their products are being handled in a responsible and sustainable manner.
